Add Team Members to your Organization

Add Users

For now, this page will give you the basics so you can get into the platform and start developing!

1. First, let’s add a new Team Member to your domain. Proceed to the Team window on the left-hand side.

If this is a new account, there may only be one user listed with the role of “Owner”.:

2. Click the New User button in the top-right corner of the page:

3. Fill in the form for your new Team Member.

   1. Enter a first and last name for the user. (Both are required)

   2. Enter an email address for the user.

   3. Assign them an initial password, which they can then reset themselves.

   4. Add a screen name for the user (Optional).

      1. If a screen name is not added, their first name will be used as a screen name inside the application.

   5. Assign a user role

When assigning their Role you have several options:

• Administrator - Has access to the whole Management Console except for Billing (only the owner can do that)

• Developer - Has access to the Spaces and Application Users parts of the Console, but cannot add/modify Team members.

• Application User - These are meant to be your users/customers. They have no access to the Management Console.

4. Click SAVE to save the user definition

   1. A confirmation screen will appear displaying the username and email address of the new user.

   2. Click the COPY button and then paste the resulting pre-composed message in an email to the new team member.

5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 for each member of the team.

Your new teammates should now show up in the Team tab, alongside the owner:
